This is the second floor section of the 1859 Common School Building in Bedford, PA. I enjoy finding shapes in architecture. The school is now a National Coverlet Museum. Bedford has a variety architectural styles and the Visitors Center has a tour of the town's buildings.

Mary Beth is a retired educator residing in Bedford, PA with her husband Keith. Lines, angles, shapes and patterns create realistic abstract images. Most photographic works by Mary Beth Landis are based on her interpretation of the subject's geometric structure. Her sights are puzzles to be solved by discovering the point of view that best accentuates the patterns.
