This abandoned R E O Gold Comet Truck was found in rural Pennsylvania. The blue cab was very rusted and covered with vegetation. At one time it was used to deliver hay, straw and grain to local farmers. R E O stands for Ransom E. Olds who founded the Olds Motor Vehicle Company in 1897. Later the company became part of General Motors.
